Once an order is placed, your item will be packed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours. We provide a number of shipping options for your convienience including the United States Postal Service and UPS. The shipping rates are updated in real time based upon the items in your shopping cart and your zip code. Please place your order by 2pm EST if you would like same day shipment via UPS Ground Service, 3-day Ground, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight.
All orders over $200 will be shipped free with our appreciation of your loyalty.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days. Second Day Air and Overnight orders are made a priority, and will normally ship within 24 hours of when the order was placed.
How is my jewelry shipped?
Your package will be shipped via USPS. If you have given us your email address, you will receive an email from USPS when your order has shipped. If you have any special shipping requests, please enter these in the Comments Box at check out. Expedited shipping options through UPS are also available.
Can I layaway purchase?
No. At this time, we do not have a layaway program.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do ship outside the United States via USPS Air Mail for a minimum cost of 16.95. While we do everything we can to ensure the package gets to you quickly, there is always a chance jewelry will be stopped and retained for a fee by customs.
