A sacred symbol of Sacred Geometry as well, it is thought to depict fundamental aspects of space and time. Multiple small pieces of purple Spiny oyster from the coastline of Peru surround even smaller pieces of Orange Spiny Oyster and Peruvian Turquoise (Chrysocola). The stones have to be intricately handcut before inlaid into the bed of sterling silver, an art known to the Sacred Valley.
