This beautiful  pair of Silver "Chakana" dangling earrings suspend from a French Wire drop with a hook in the back for security.  The Earrings are handmade by the Artisans of Peru and are intricately inlaid with  natural Chrysacola often called Peruvian Turquoise.  The Andean Cross Symbol referred to as "Chakana" is a sacred symbol of the ancient Inca civilization.  It represents the four corners of the Inca World, the four directions and the four organizing principles of the universe.  The Open design creates a elegant look and measures  1 3/4" in length.  Substantial, the earrings look terrific on their own and can mix and match with many of the items from the Peruvian Collection but they also are the perfect match with the pendant.
