A beautiful pair of earrings handmade by the artisans of Peru. Multiple small pieces of purple and orange Spiny oyster from the coastline of Peru, Peruvian Turquoise (Chrysocolla) and Sodalite create this wonderful pattern representing the “Apus” which are the sacred Mountains of Peru. The stones have to be intricately hand-cut before they are inlaid into the bed of sterling silver, an art known to the Sacred Valley. The Ear wire features an additional stone of Sodalite and latches in the back for comfort and safety. The length of the earring is 1 ¾”.
