Designed by Marianna and Richard this goddess has a 6mm Mystic Topaz heart atop Mother of Pearl. The other stones in this gorgeous piece are: two 3x5mm Ruby pears, one 4x6mm Pink Tourmaline pear and two 3x5mm Garnet pears. This piece is completely backed in 925 Sterling Silver and measures nearly 3 1/2" long. She was handmade by the Artisans of Bali.
