A beautiful Pendant handmade by the artisans of Peru. The "Sacred Flower of Life" design can be found throughout history around the world. A sacred symbol of Sacred Geometry as well, it is thought to depict fundamental aspects of space and time. Multiple small pieces of Spiny Oyster Shell, Yellow Mother of Pearl, Peruvian Turquoise (Chrysocolla), Sodolite, Purple Spiny Oyster Shell and Coral have been intricately hand-cut before they are inlaid into the bed of sterling silver, an art known to the Sacred Valley. On the back are eight inlaid stones representing the chakras, Mother of Pearl, Coral, spiny oyster, serpentine, green chrysocola, turquoise, sodalite and purple spiny oyster. These stones are worn above the heart and the belief is that the line of gemstones will help open all of the chakras of the owner with the corresponding colors. This Pendant measures 2" long. The bale is adorned with a Peruvian Turquoise pear.
