This sweet heart pendant features a 6mm Lapis heart hand set in 925 Sterling Silver. It is completely backed in silver and has a dangle element comprised of a 3mm Pearl on a wire. The entire piece is 1" long. It was designed by Marianna and Richard and handcrafted by Balinese Artisans.
